Our Story

After 25 years building and remodeling homes in the Austin area my wife Tami,  and I recently decided to move to  Marble Falls. We want to bring the trend of renovating homes with good bones in great areas to the Highland Lakes.

Our specialty is envisioning what a home can be, not just what it is, and designing a plan that will transform it while keeping within budget. We have done everything from million dollar homes  to small homes; even small back yard studios.

We are also a small real estate agency, not interested in building a big multi-agent team, which allows us to focus closely on a few clients.  In this changing real estate market we feel it is only fair to negotiate commissions. Good houses will sell.  We can help buy or sell.

Likewise, finding a good home is tough due to low inventory. As mentioned above, our talent at seeing what a home can be not just what it is can help find a home you will love.
